2024 Annual Meeting

The 2024 Annual Meeting of the North Swan Beach Property Association will be held on Sunday October 13th at 10am on the beach in front of MP20 (bring your beach chair).  If the weather refuses to cooperate we will meet at the same time but at the Carova Beach Volunteer Fire Station, 2169 Ocean Pearl Road.

Currently, the NSB POA is looking to fill various positions on the Board.
