Annual dues for each lot/property are $50.00. Currently our dues are being used to support our road maintenance plan. This plan ensures proper grading, drainage and maintenance of the sand roads throughout North Swan Beach. If you have driven through the communities of Swan or Carova, you can see what a difference our dues have made in making our roads passable, even after the worst storms.
We are updating our records and will no longer be mailing postcards for annual dues after 2025. Please submit the form below so that we can add you to our email list for future billing
